Returns Policy:
Please note, for vehicle specific goods, we are guided by a manufacturer's specification database which is usually accurate, but we strongly urge you check your user manual or dealer before purchase to see if our recommendations are correct for your particular vehicle, because we can no longer offer postal reimbursements for items being 'returned' to us for exchange. However, we are happy to cover postage for returning items 'to' our customers.
A standard 1st class post will be sufficient to return items to us quickly, although we will return exchanged items via recorded delivery for you (subject to initial postage used). We apologise for any inconvenience but this is due to the new higher postal charges which have proved too expensive to integrate additionally into our already low profit margins. We hope you are compensated by excellent value for money on initial purchases and our excellent after sales customer care.
We will, however, pre-exchange items at no further cost to yourself if you receive something completely different from what has been ordered and the fault lies with us.
